So I am trying to discount a transaction if they order over a certain number of product. Using ec_charges
i am able to create the shipping charges but not stop it at a certain level also I can figure out how to discount via quantity.
I have tried to use the filter using total items sold but it just does not work it applies the discount to everything.

Any advice?
