I think we should change the data structure of this module to make it more exportable friendly.

I understand the underline module was inspired by webform_validation but webforms are nodes so we don't really need to worry about machine_name and stuff like that in that use case. This use case even thought very similarly should not be implemented in the same way.

Any thoughts?

After almost 1 years later, now it support Ctools Export API.
It is exportable, cloneable.
