First stab: i18nblog profile

Can't make it to the sprint today ... but wanted to share how far i've gotten - won't commit it yet to git, because i still need read up on how to write the .make file for profiles on d.o.; hope that make sense - so I attached the minimal profile folder - you gotta have drush_make and run chmod +x ./rebuild.sh ; ./rebuild.sh to build the profile.

Very basic features:
- Extends l10n_install-profile w/ i18nblog "additional language" selection
- Uses standard.profile content types / setup (article/page), taxonomy etc (sans overlay)
- Sets taxonomy "Tags" to multilingual and main-menu (primary links) to multilingual as well (initial i18n configuration).

Todo:
- Fix Notices in the install process; enabling the l10n_client seems to be lead to some issue w/ the locale "en" being installed twice (catching the exception so far).
- More i18n-features/demo (i18n_views, i18n_block - come to mind immediately)

Note:
- If you test this in the browser repeatedly, you might want enable the "development" form-alters in profiles/i18nblog/i18nblog.profile line 18ff ...
