Default forum

I'd love to see multiple default forums with different public settings, and a default parent container for new groups.

Something like

Public Forum: Public Relations
Private Forum: Private Discussions

And new groups are created in Group Container as a child of an already created container, perhaps: "User Created Groups"

And with a dollup of whipped cream on top: an option to keep parent container Alpha sorted instead of fussing with weights.
