Some kml files do not display de layer. This happens when transforming shp files with poligon data to kml. The new kml does display on Google Earth, and google maps, but won't display as a layer with openlayers. I have even saved the original kml file as a new file from google earth and google maps, and still no display.

It was a datum problem. fixed working on the original shp with QGis.
