Instead of separate edit and delete fields, use an operations field

This is another pattern that has been established by commerce and being followed by its contrib.
Declare the edit and delete links to be contextual links, and have a operations field handler that pulls the contextual links for a given parent path.

Useful because I can alter-in another menu item, declared as a contextual link, and it will show automatically in the operations column.
