Using "Determine the language from a request/session parameter." with "URL" method everything is OK.

Will it work for this type of language dectection, but not only for "URL"?

...this one is a duplicate of #1027054: No icons are showing - Add a check to see if it is necessary to fix anything before assigning a new object. Please search the issue queue for existing issues before filing new ones. Also, if you follow the Priority link provided under the priority selector drop-down, you'll see that:

Critical bugs either render a system unusable (not being able to create content or upgrade between versions, blocks not displaying, and the like), or expose security vulnerabilities. These bugs are to be fixed immediately.

Since one can switch languages in their site and the icons are only "cosmetic", I think this issue is more likely major:

Major
Issues which have significant repercussions but do not render the whole system unusable are marked major.

...

Marking issues as critical won't get them fixed sooner.
