This module is supposed to automatically detect if a module is installed and check it off. It doesn't seem to be working with the admin menu. It wasn't checked off so I tried to install it. Turns out, it was already installed.

I enabled the 7.x-3.x-dev version from a clean install and it had the Admin menu checkbox checked for me. So, I can't duplicate.
