uc_hosting 6.x-1.0

This is the first release of uc_hosting 1.0. It is compatible with hostmaster 1.0 and ubercart 6.x-2.4.

Specific changes since beta4:

• Fixed an old bug that would only call the site creation form for one of the site products.
• Post messages to the uc_hosting admin section and watchdog when a platform referenced in a product feature is migrated or locked successfully.
• Deleted lines from uc_hosting_products and uc_product_features on a node deletion
• Implemented a work around for #1135584: Don't show the 'Domain name field is required' error when users skip site creation
