Adds two actions that were previously only in the 5.x version called "Change role permissions" and "Change permissions based on rolereference field".

Create update function to convert 4.7.x content type default permissions to 5.x. Add a quick grant module to fix when permissions get mistakenly changed for a specific node type. Existing users of 5.x-1.0 don't need to upgrade.
