fix #270516: mass update operation was not working from the content management page

Create update function to convert 4.7.x content type default permissions to 5.x.
Add a quick grant module to fix when permissions get mistakenly changed for a specific node type.
Existing users of 5.x-1.0 don't need to upgrade.
