Rename "Taxonomy" to "Tags"

Computer terms often confuse people and in this case we are adding to the confusion.

We use the phrases Vocabulary, Taxonomy and Terms. This always seem to confuse people - especially newbies.

I think it is fair to say, the most common used phrase has landed on "Tags"

Will we consider the change?
