The Content Top region is defined in the .info file but isn't in the page.tpl.php file, so blocks won't display when they are assigned to that region.

I copied the code from the page.tpl.php file from Fusion Core and pasted it into the correct spot in the Fusion Mobile page.tpl.php file and that seems to fix it.

I'm just reporting the problem so it gets fixed in the next release. Thanks.
