Is there a way to blacklist certain emails for the "Your e-mail:" field?

The main reason for this request is to try to prevent some abuse.

How does one prevent users from sending emails that use the site's email and unwanted messages. For example they can enter info@domain.com and a message with curses and send it off to others making it seem like it came from the owner of the site. The owner of the site is then forced to do damage control. I would like to block info@domain.com from being used at all.

I believe the answer to this is to verify the "from" mail. I'm going to use the suggestion in #1109670: Use email_verify on the "Send" form. to address that.

Which makes this a duplicate...
