*page couldn’t find images*

->formbuilder.js

path of images are directed wrong. Tested with clear URL's on.
http://siteX.XX/admin/modules/formbuilder/images/formElements/decrProp.jpg
'admin' or longer/other dir names are always there!

The 'formbuilder.basePath' is not the complete url to call the images/otherfiles from.

updated both 4-7 and 5 version of the formbuilder.basePath to have path relative to the base directory.
