Development snapshot for branch 7.x-3.x.

Fixed PHP warnings when running this module with PHP 5.4

• Prevent text fields with commas being split into multiple elements http://drupal.org/node/1866782
• Disabled compression of returned data
• Changed http header to content type "text/xml"
• Fixed validation errors and resumption token handling
