lm_paypal_subscriptions.pages.inc is not being properly loaded resulting in function not found errors

With the subscription module, lm_paypal_subscriptions.pages.inc is not being loaded properly. Anytime I try to create a 'Pay Pal" button for subscriptions I get "function not found" errors for "lm_paypal_subscribe_subscription" and/or l"m_paypal_subscribe()". I tested by including a require_once in my template.php I was able to get a PayPal button.
