Vote through bookmarklet?

Hi, I have looked at http://drupal.org/node/84652

We have done this to the best of our abilities, but when the second user clicks the link he also gets a "submit this story" form, which only fails (duplicate) story when he presses submit. A lot of users will think we're wasting their time if we do that, but it's possible that we have not installed this module correctly?

It would be better if the first users gets this form, and any subsequent users vote directly (provided they are logged in).

I have tried to write a hack, and I was able to make the vote happen, but not to redirect the user to someplace sensible (login -> vote -> node with comments) after voting.
