When I try to create a condition based on Taxonomy, the list of Taxonomy terms comes up blank. Using Drupal 6.20. My vocabulary is enabled for all content types.

Any way to manually enter terms, or any idea why it isn't seeing my vocabulary? Tried to do it directly in SQL but I don't know the correct format of the conditions column.

Additionally, I can't even use node type to show a block.

This is a duplicate. Free tagging taxonomy doesn't work with context.
