Settings page does not load in 4.7

Description
The settings page does not load for me under 4.7 (warning: Missing argument 2 for drupal_get_form() in /var/www/drupal-47/includes/form.inc on line 61.). The attached patch should take care of it...
Looking forward to trying out the module more fully in the next few days.
