Notifications from Drupal

I am getting way too many emails from Drupal.
How do I unsubscribe from getting notified everytime someone posts in 'issues', 'bugs', etc.?

How DO I get emails from drupal.org?
I hit refresh on my tracker like a Maneki Neko to check on replies.

I subscribed to bug reports, updates, etc.; but, I get hundreds daily.
Didn't realize I'd get so many.
