Public view of content_admin_field_overview_form

I'm Trying to get my fields to print out like they do on the admin side of things. When you manage fields, or create content the fields are ordered by group weight, and than field weight.

CCK just outputs them randomly. Is there a way to fix this? Contemplate does not work because you would have to manually code in each field you want outputted from what I have seen.

I just want it generated the way the admin side does things.
