how to list taxonomy sub menu details if exist , else list nodes

I have created menu of taxonomy term using 'edit term' module. On click of those menus they are redirected to taxonomy/term/id page . Now my case if some term menu can have sub term(sub menu) which will be set from the menu interface and which will be also taxonomy term. Now I am having problem to display sub menu details if sub menu for that particular menu exists. I think I can get it using views module but not sure.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
