I have had an older version of ctools running (rc-1) and when I updated it to anything newer then version 1.0, my faceted search breaks (i.e. http://vm/search/apachesolr_search/?filters=tid:118%20tid:260)

I have tracked this down to a specific commit in ctools (see http://drupal.org/node/1159618) , but uncertain if this is a ctools issue or a solr module issue. Anybody have insight into this?
