Stable release for Drupal 6.
This is not feature-complete.
In particular, #331080: unsubscribe reverts back after cron run is still outstanding.
Fixing this will require this module to depend on Simplenews CVS HEAD, so I am making this release of Simplenews Roles as a milestone that can be used with the current Simplenews RC releases and dev snapshots.
