Some Taxonomies disappears in block "Only in the category(s): when upgrade i18n 6.x-1.6 to 6.x-1.10

Issue Summary

After upgrading 6.x-1.6 to 1.7 some Taxonomies disappears in block "Only in the category(s):"
I have selected 3 taxonomies (on 7) but only 1 taxonomy appears (taxonomy not selected !!!!)

same issue in 6.x-1.6 today (works fine in 6.X-1.6 before to install i18n 6.x-1.19)

If I disabled Taxonomy translation (i18n 6.x-1.19), custom search works fine, all vocabularies display.

same issue with i18n (i18n 6.x-1.10)
