I just tried to create a simple test-form with formbuilder, and upon clicking on the "PHP code" tab got the following error:

Fatal error: formbuilder_views() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'JSON/JSON.php' (include_path='.:') in /srv/www/vhosts/swlspaces.com/subdomains/d5/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/formbuilder/formbuilder.module on line 490

And I cannot find a file JSON.php in my drupal installation.

The file is not hosted in cvs. you need to go to http://sandbox.jodhpuriguy.com/files/JSON.zip for the file. Read: Readme.txt :)

Thanx, that works now.

I got so used to just unpacking the modules and having them work, that I forgot to check for a readme-file.
Or more correctly: I missed it, since it's 'readme.txt' and not 'README.txt' ...

Maybe mention the link also in the project description, so everybody has to see it?

I haven't find the file on my computer , I don't remember where I put this :-) but I think it's the same file from the url above :-)

The file is here: http://sandbox.jodhpuriguy.com/JSON.zip But I would recommend you to _not_ use it as the module is not is a very good shape.
