Memory size Error on module.po generation

Hi there,

I get a memory size error trying to generate a module pot file.

Do you have a tip on that ? except increase php memory ;-)

For information i can generate the full website one, using the regular action for that. So i think it's not coming from a bad file on my module.

Here the error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /htdocs/sites/default/modules/potx/potx.inc on line 186
