As above, the mass delete of selected or filtered users only affects one user. It redirects to /node with a message "The account has been deleted". On checking admin/users only one of the selected accounts has been deleted. I haven't tested for email (I wanted to delete some users on a test database before testing the mail!).

This is interesting, I've used this feature many times to delete mass users, and it's worked perfectly (Drupal 4.7.3)

Would you mind providing an inventory of installed modules? Perhaps there's an interaction between this module and something else.

What Drupal version?
What module version (date, ID entry from advuser.module, etc.)
Have you tried the most recent release?

etc.

Reopen this if you still experience this issue and supply the requested information.
