Tiny UI amendment suggestion [#1164374]

The first time I encountered

The title of this panel. If left blank, a default title may be used. Set to No Title if you want the title to actually be blank.

I actually typed "No Title" into the Title field rather than setting the Title Type to the option "No title".

Would be better as :

The title of this panel. If left blank, a default title may be used. Set the Title type field to No Title if you want the title to actually be blank.

I agree, this would be a tiny but useful improvement. I was just trying to do the same ;] (7.x)
