Broken links in a subscription update

I received an update of node 691078; comment 261. The links in that comment in the email atleast seem broken, possibly tokens were not replaced as they should have been. This is that comments segment from the now rather long email.

Contextually, the anchor of #pift-results doesn't seem to be on the page, though it may be coming with the test and results thereof.
