Did you get permission from Nick La to relicense the theme under GPL v2 ? If not, could you attempt to obtain his permission?

I am not very good at the licensing details, but seeing that Nick has a link back to the project page in the official glossyblue page, I assume he is ok with it. http://www.ndesign-studio.com/resources/wp-themes/glossyblue/
