Issue Summary
When trying to apply the imagecache.patch I get the error: Hunk #1 failed at 318. Is this because the patch was originally written for imagecache 6.x-2.0 beta 10? Please advise. Thanks!

In beta12 the imagecache patch is no longer required for CDN to work.

Well, according to #570132: Support CDN rewriting of ImageCache paths it's now committed in beta12. However CDN displays a warning about the missing patch.

and #1064912: Provide internal setting to stop CDN from verifying the ImageCache patch has been applied to stop the error in v2.1 of CDN

I would say this is not fixed and Still Active.
1. #1064912: Provide internal setting to stop CDN from verifying the ImageCache patch is still not closed. Looks Actual patch reversed meaning of variable.
2. Readme file still refers to imagecache B10. SO it is still not clear if you need this patch with B12 version of imagecache.

For those trying to find a solution now. The latest dev version of CDN and imagecache seems to exists fine without giving any error and requiring separate imagecache patch (included with CDN module). You will still need to patch core for CDN.

This is really a dupe of #1151752: Patch for last dev. version of ImageCache
