Hi everyone. My first post so be gentle and I hope I have posted it in the correct place!

I have a major problem with selecting different countries in my cart checkout pages. Basically I have imported different countries in 'mystore/admin/store/settings/countries' and when I checkout they are visible in the checkout address country field but if I select say US the states field then displays a blank box and it sees as though the website crashes :(

Now here is the strange part my store address is the United Kingdom and if I select this country I get all the corresponding Counties/States. If I change my store address to the US then I can get all the US states in the cart address but then not the UK. I am totally lost and need help :( Basically in simple terms I can not get different States to the Current set store country!

I am currently using Drupal version 6.19 and the latest version of Ubercart. Please please someone help me as this is the final piece in my jigsaw puzzel!

I believe the states/counties are refreshed using ajax when a country is selected. If you use Firefox and firebug and use the NET tab you will see the ajax request and response when a country is changed. This would be a first step to make sure status is 200 and response is sensible. It may be an error. Also look in the recent log entries to see if there an error.
