Issue Summary
With #861942: Will at Card NOT present authorize.net account work with uberpos?, UberPOS now supports transactions through Authorize.net card-not-present accounts. However, the card-not-present API does not support simply passing swipe data directly to the API so card swipes will always be denied.
Instead we need to parse the Track 1 field for cc # and expiration date.
