Not working at all

There are hundreds of nodes on that site, and search is 100% indexed.

Nothing happens when I type something like "child" in that box. Am I doing something wrong?

Also I would like to enable cck field operators to filter the results, so filter by category or state by example. I would also like this to work in all search boxes. I'd be willing to pay for these two things, please PM me with a cost and approximate time frame.
