How does this compare with Core Library

Pounard and I posted the projects very close to each other and neither were aware of the other's work. They're quite different in implementation but the overall goals are similar (although not exactly the same).

We opened an issue to discuss merging/consolidating work, but decided it was better off as a core issue than buried in either of the project's queus #1048316: [meta] CSS and Javascript aggregation improvement.

This module (agrcache) is a contrib version of #1014086: Stampedes and cold cache performance issues with css/js aggregation - if that gets in and backported to D7 I would probably retire this project.

I'm marking this 'fixed' but please re-open if you have any questions, and if you think this could be explained better on the project page then I'll try to do that!
