minor suggestion about project page

Hello,

I'll take the opportunity to thank everyone who has contributed to this indispensable module. I'd like to make a minimal suggestion about the project page - excuse me if I'm fussing.
I'm upgrading to D7, and I read the rather frightening "Drupal 7 note" at the top of the page. Frightening, because I'd never heard of CTools before (oho, thinks I, this sounds complicated, whereas further below I am indeed reassured). I suggest you already provide a link to CTools in the warning at the top of the page (I appreciate that the warning is explained further below), I think it would make things clearer from the start.
