Avatar Crop Module is not loading

Hello Drupal experts,

First time i am using avatar crop module. Its behaving very strangely. i enable this module from admin interface but the js and css which are defined in init() is not loading on edit profile page.
I have also given the permission to the users from the admin interface.

Please help me if i need to get any settings or what can be the possible solution f the same.
