I'd like to start featuring tweets by folks who have listed their Twitter account in Follow. There must be a way to do this where it is either integrated with the Twitter module (or the many other modules like it) or some other way feature the tweets by those who have signed up.

Interesting idea! I think this is outside of the scope of what this project aims to do, however the Twitter module and this module both provide a decent API, so it wouldn't be too hard to write your own module to glue the pieces together. :)

I'll definitely consider that when the Twitter module upgrades to D7. Thanks. I like the idea of integrating the two modules with a 3rd.
