Whenever attempting to add an alias that is capable of being used on multiple sites something like %255B gets added to the beginning of the alias.

I have a similar problem. Right now I'm using sites with two different domains:

www.primarydomain.com
www.secondarydomain.com

The URLs display fine on primarydomain.dom, but the secondarydomain.com pages have a double slash in the URL. Instead of being "secondarydomain.com/page" the URL output is "secondarydomain.com//page". Does anyone know why this might be?

As this module has not been maintained for some time, I am closing this ticket as “outdated”. A new version of sites which is architecturally and technically unrelated to the Drupal 6 and Drupa 7 versions will be published here soon.
