When I create new Input format containing Insert View filter the filter does not work.
However, if I enable the I-V filter to an older Input Format both of the filters, (the old one and the new one will render the view).
Is probably worth mentioning that the trick only works with one out of 4 previously created input formats.

As Insert View disables caching it is a performance issue as the working Input format is a very used one across my website.

D6 reached its EOL back in February 2016, and there is no active release for D6 for this module anymore.
Development or support is not planned for D6. All D6-related issues are marked as outdated in a bunch.

Everyone can apply the patch above (not tested by the maintainers, tested by the community) to their D6 projects.
If the issue remains relevant for D10+ versions, merge requests with proposed solutions for a new module version (D10+) are welcome in a new follow-up issue.
