I've seen several modules that import HTML or other static content but are any of them working on 5.0?

wgHTML (official link is http://drupal.org/project/wghtml) is now updated for Drupal 5.

The Import HTML module has also been updated to Drupal 5:

However, none of these modules appear to be actively developed, and so far none of these has been ported to D6.
