changing form interface for registered user

Hi,

I am working on my first project in Drupal 1.6 and i am stuck on one thing.

Actually, my site will be having separate user areas and users can perform variety of tasks from there.

For example, users can upload images and videos and they will be displayed on the front end. For this i am making my own modules, but in the forms, i want to make use of Drupal CCK for images and videos, but, client doesn't want same drupal admin interface for adding those images and videos, he wants different interface for users, and different one for site admin, whereas, fields more or less stay the same. I know, i can chage the CSS for frontend and backend, but, field positioning will be different on admin interface and registered user interface.

Please suggest me a way to achieve this.
