Hello,
I look for module do this:
limit download files (file field) in Drupal Private file system per role (download number of files per period of time)

if anybody can develop a custom module to do that please PM me.

I'm the dev for the module, Please get the one from the drupal.org sandbox http://drupal.org/sandbox/victheme/1115096

It has the latest code, bugfix and name changes :)

Is there a working module works like this for drupal 7.. I just want to limit the registered user from abusing download, I am developing thesis and dissertation collection website and I want to atleast protect my files from user abuse.. thanks in advance
