Is there any information about support for this module in 5.x? I'm happy to contribute some time / code if that would help. Thanks

The HEAD version has been updated to 5.x. The only outstanding issue that I know of is that interwiki.install doesn't currently handle pgsql. However, it should work fine on Drupal sites using MySQL. If you know how to do the pgsql part, your help would be appreciated!
