I've got an issue in, but figure it's worth a shot asking here, too.

My problem started when I put some bad PHP in a content template and got the WSOD, even when I tried to get back to the template edit page to fix things. Since I was just getting started with a new content type, I deleted the template and deleted/recreated the content type. Unfortunately, I now can't do anything with any of my content templates for any of my content types. I can get to the edit form, but after I check the 'Affect output' box, the textarea remains disabled. I've tried creating new content, just in case it was something with the old content; I've checked and rechecked permissions; I've disabled/uninstalled/reenabled the module to set up new DB tables. Still nothing.

Anybody else had similar difficulties?

I was missing the vital step of hitting the Save button between checking the Affect output box and trying to edit the template.
