The attached patch adds a checkbox to the advanced settings form that allows you to remove the themeing done in the google_cse.js file. I've got a search box that I don't want to display the 'Google CSE' background on and don't want the padding and borders that get applied, etc. The current JS overrides my background styles on the input box.

I have not been able to test this patch (my project is d6). However, I'd like to voice my support in favor of this change.

As promised in #2498613: Show watermark optionally and rewrite js code for watermark I have looked into the watermark issue again. I think it should be OK to completely ignore the javascript function googleCSEWatermark if the option show watermark got disabled.

I also rewrote google_cse.js so that it uses Drupal.behaviors.
