This patch integrates the history package in tabs module. It also updates jquery.tabs.js to the latest version called jquery.tabs.pack.js.

Thanks! Applied to head. I put history in the jstools directory so other modules could use it too. I'll merge this into the 5.0 branch soon and also include it in the next release.
