Several visitors to my site (http://www.visionaware.org) are complaining that when they create a new account, 4 or 5 hours go by before they receive e-mail notification of their registration and password. When I try it, I get a response in under two minutes. What could be the problem? I am using Drupal 4.7.1

When disabling module does it results the same?

This sounds like an end-user mail server issue and has nothing to do with Drupal.
