Community Tags allows users to "tag" viewed content with taxonomy terms. Users do not need to have permission to edit content in order to tag which makes for more democratic community-driven tagging.

Community Tags 2.0 introduces a host of new features intended to make tagging safer, more performant, and suited to a wider range of use-cases.
